The new university-wide Yale Environmental Humanities Initiative seeks to deepen our understanding of the ways that culture is intertwined with nature. The initiative links scholars of history, literature, religious studies, film and media studies, anthropology, history of art, music, and other disciplines, as well as faculty and students from the professional schools.
